I don’t think there’s any problem with having subcontractors as long as that’s how you’re marketing yourself or your company. My only issue is when an individual writer markets their services based on their personal writing credentials, implying that’s what the client is getting. And then they outsource the writing without the client’s knowledge. One is honest marketing and the client knows what they’re getting. The other is fraud because they’re deceiving prospects and clients about what exactly they’re getting, and they’re doing it for greater financial gain.
